Kosmic Koji-22oz Limited Release
2020 Kosmic Koji is a rare beer made with the national mold of Japan. Koji beers are hard to find, if you are lucky you can find it in NYC or maybe LA. We teamed up with two Cornell micro-biologists in NYC to innoculate the rice for this batch.
We have pulled 10 bottles out of our aging celler and are offering them up for sale for this holiday season.
Koji produces sour and IPA notes but it's not a sour and it's not an IPA. It is very smooth and very bright and yet extremely complex. You will want to share it for a special occasion.
