Nothing will warm you up quite like an imperial stout on a cold winters night. Nothing, that is, except for a special smoked bourbon barrel imperial stout. Aged for 6 months in Southern Tier Smoked Bourbon barrels, our Santini Imperial Stout is just what you need to take the chill off with its formidable 12.82% ABV. Midnight black with a long lasting mocha colored head, this year’s release features dark chocolate and vanilla mixed with lingering bourbon notes in the aroma. The chocolate and vanilla are accentuated in the flavor by roasted and caramel grains with subdued bourbon notes throughout the medium bodied taste, finishing with a lovely warmth from the very well-hidden alcohol content of 12.82% ABV.
