Kristen and the team at FBC made hosting an event as easy as I could ever wish for. They were extremely communicative during the planning process, and the use of their event space for free was an incredible plus. We had a great time trying FBC's drinks including their beer and kombucha. We ended up buying beer, kombucha, and mead to take home because everything was so good. I've thrown parties at multiple breweries in the past and FBC was hands down the best all around. We would definitely book again! Thank you all!

I hosted my baby shower “A baby is brewing” this last Saturday at fairport brewing and everything was absolutely perfect and just what we needed/wanted. I am an event planner and chose this location because of the esthetics and the cost being so friendly. There was no room fee and that left us with a huge budget for bar and food for us to provide for our guests! Kristen was amazing to work with and always answered any questions/emails I had, she let us come hours before our event to set up and the bartender was on his game and kept up with our 90+ party of drinkers! All our guests raved about our shower and said it was the best baby shower and location they have ever been to! Would highly recommend Fairport brewing company!

Fairport Brewing Company is the BEST VENUE EVER! This year, my school decided to host our annual Holiday Party at the Fairport Brewing Company.  We are so happy that we did, and plan to used the space every year if it is available! If you are looking for a spot to host any type of event, look no further.  Fairport Brewing Company is truly the perfect spot! Our staff had an amazing time and I was absolutely thrilled with the excellent service provided by the staff! I have never encountered a venue that is free ​​​​​​​to use ,allows outside catering, provides technology and equipment for karaoke/live music, and is also beautiful.  I really appreciated the clear communication and the flexibility of the staff as well.  Our staff is still talking about how much fun they had at Fairport Brewing for our Holiday Party.

My first interaction with Fairport Brewing to the last was exceptional. Kristen throughly explained all of the details involved with hosting a party at Fairport Brewing Company. Kristen was responsive to my emails in a very timely manner. The brewery was the perfect environment for our daughter and future son in law's  engagement party.  The staff were personable and offered great suggestions on what we might want to try. I have never liked Kombucha but with a bit of a twist of my arm I was willing to try it  and to my surprise it was delicious! Several of our guest commented that they had a great time at the party. Thanks Fairport Brewing Company for a great afternoon!

FBC (University Ave) was the perfect place to host a tribute event for my friend who died of breast cancer. Tim and Kristen were helpful, attentive to our needs, and full of great ideas for the event.  The space was great and all set up for our use. Not only did FBC offer the venue for free, they even supported our event by being one of our sponsors. We raised $3000 for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester.  I highly recommend FBC for your next event.

We chose Fairport Brewing Company to celebrate my son's 30th birthday party. The venue was exceptional with a big stage for our friend DJ Mella. Plenty of room for our event tables.  Fully stocked bar. Friendly staff that assisted with all details from beginning to end. Our family will definitely be coming back for future events. I cannot say enough good things working with Tim and Kristen! My husband and I had eloped in August and had a halloween-themed reception at the brewery. Kristen was great about checking in the months leading up to it and they let us decorate the place for halloween and bring in a caterer at no extra charge. They were amazing to work with, so kind and friendly, easy to work with, and the fact that they only charged for drinks at an event is a huge service to the community. Our guest raved about it, too.  Thank you for a wonderful experience, Tim and Kristen!

I had a party there for my husband's 40th and everything was perfect.  Kristen and Tim were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating and worked with my drink budget. They allowed me to decorate as I chose and bring in my own caterer and my own DJ. I would definitely have an event there again! No Hesitations! So many guests have asked me for details on the venue, and one has already been in contact to book their own event, not even a week after my own event.  I highly recommend them as an event space!! Do it!

The family/couples baby shower we held at your facility was extraordinary. Your accommodation to us, our caterer, and in particular the families with young children present was wonderful. Important note:  Please understand that filling out the form is not a confirmation that an event is booked. A direct contact between the event host and FBC Event Coordinator, mutual confirmation of the event, and $150 deposit* is required to lock- in a date on our event calendar. Instructions for the deposit will be communicated to the host by the event coordinator. The deposit is not refunded if the event is canceled.
